Jestem absolwentką Wydziału Rekreacji, Sportu i Turystyki na Uniwersytecie Illinois w Urbana-Champaign (IL, USA). Po ukończeniu studiów pracowałam na stanowisku adiunkta University of North Texas (Teksas, USA). Opuściłam Teksas w 2016 roku by objąć stanowisko starszego wykładowcy na Uniwersytecie Linneusza w Szwecji.
Interesują mnie zagadnienia związane z wpływem turystyki zrównoważonej na relacje człowiek-natura.
