Agnieszka Kleszcz-Rusek, PhD Eng.

I obtained my PhD in socio-economic geography and spatial management at the Institute of Socio-Economic Geography and Spatial Management of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. In my doctoral dissertation, I examined the impact of digitization in European Union countries on their level of competitiveness. I also hold master's degrees in environmental protection and environmental engineering.
Currently, I work as post-doc in the Socio-Environmental Research Team for the National Science Centre project titled "Unlocking Urban Potential: Fostering Multispecies Justice in Informal Green Spaces."
Previously, I was involved in research projects at the Institute of Telecommunications of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. I also gained research experience during fellowships at the University of York and Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom.
I am the author or co-author of several scientific publications in journals such as The Polish Statistician, Scientometrics, and Forecasting.
My research interests focus on environmental protection, biology, health sciences, and information and communication technologies.
